These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://tiktok123shop.com/ (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from TikTok123Shop (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who We Are
TikTok123Shop is a US-based online retailer selling smart home, power tool, automotive, and lifestyle products. All orders ship from our warehouse in the United States.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the payment method you use is yours or that you are authorised to use it.
We ship within the United States only.
3. Product Information and Pricing
We work hard to describe every product accurately and publish honest specifications.
Pricing
- All prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
- The price displayed on the product page is the price you pay. There are no hidden handling fees.
- Shipping is free on all US orders.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
Pricing errors
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund before it ships. We will always contact you first and give you the option to reorder at the correct price.
Product descriptions and images
We aim for accuracy in every description, photograph, and specification. However:
- Product images are illustrative. Colour may appear differently depending on your screen.
- Dimensions and capacity figures are provided by the manufacturer.
- Minor variations in packaging or accessories may occur between production batches.
If a product you receive materially differs from its description, you are covered by our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a full refund or an alternative product.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch.
We may decline or cancel an order if:
- The product is out of stock
- The shipping address is incomplete, undeliverable, or outside the United States

- There is a pricing or listing error
- We are required to do so by law
If we cancel your order, we refund you in full.
5. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal, processed through secure third-party payment providers.
We do not store your full card number. By submitting payment you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. Chargebacks raised without first contacting us may result in your account being blocked.
6. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us — we will replace it or refund you under the Shipping Policy.
7. Returns and Refunds
Our Returns and Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms. In summary: 90 days to return, free return shipping, no restocking fees.
8. Limited Warranty
We warrant that products will be free from manufacturing defects on arrival.
- On arrival and for 90 days: defects are covered by our free return and replacement process.
- After 90 days: coverage depends on the manufacturer’s warranty for that product. Contact us and we will help you make a claim.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, drops, water ingress, or improper installation
- Normal wear and tear, including consumable parts
- Damage from unauthorised repair or modification
- Products used commercially outside their intended purpose
9. Acceptable Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our servers, or our accounts
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest content or customer data at scale without written permission
- Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code
- Copy, reproduce, or resell our content, photographs, or product listings
- Place fraudulent orders or use stolen payment methods
- Interfere with the normal operation of the Site
We may suspend or terminate access, and cancel orders, if these rules are broken.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — text, photographs, product descriptions, logos, graphics, page design, and code — is owned by or licensed to TikTok123Shop and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. You may share links to our pages and quote short excerpts with attribution.
11. User Content
If you submit a review, photo, comment, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our store and marketing. You confirm that you own the content and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights.
We may remove any user content at our discretion.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except for the express warranty in Section 8, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or right you have under applicable US consumer law that cannot be waived.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TikTok123Shop’s total liability for any claim arising from the Site or any product is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
This does not limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TikTok123Shop from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our business is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before starting any legal action, you agree to contact us at liugood10@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
